Job Summary:
The Hospitality Attendant will aid in exceptional hospitality and service for our clients and guests across all our unique tasting experiences. The ability to acknowledge tasks and perform duties on time while upholding the highest standards of customer service will be formative for this role. The role will have tasks ranging from parking guest’s vehicles, guiding guests to their experiences on our property by way of escorting them to their table in the newly remodeled barrel hall or by driving them to a private setting tucked away in our native oak savannah.

Responsibilities:
- Exemplify our brand and mission in all aspects of the work, at every moment

- Provide a warm welcome for all guests and a continued level of warmth as all guests depart

- Escort guests to their tastings in our barrel hall or to our table in the trees

- Park and retrieve guest’s vehicles in a safe and responsible manner

- Support the hospitality department with side work that can include ironing napkins & packing guest’s orders

-Aid in the cleanliness of all department spaces, guest-facing and back-of-house

- Provide the highest level of customer service to all of our visitors

- Show dedication towards professional development and growth within our company

- Maintain relationships & knowledge of other Willamette Valley winery experiences

- Execute assignments as directed by the Director of Hospitality and Experience Manager

- Participate in special events

Experience:
- High level of integrity and dependability

- Organized individual who works well with others

- Customer service experience (preferred)

- Good communication skills

- Available to work weekends (required)

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be able to safely lift 40 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods, as well as run short distances for vehicle retrieval

- Must have a current and valid driver’s license

Working Conditions:

-Working conditions include an office environment, processing facility, vineyard, barrel room, outdoors (Spring/Summer/Fall) and cellar.
